GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have loved my experience at BNL. I love going to the sporting events and the musical events. I am very pleased with the amount of education I receive. I appreciate the teachers involvement.

I believe that the best part about Bedford North Lawrence High School is the college readiness. The school offers a large array of dual credit classes as well as some AP courses. The councilors and teachers are all there wanting to see you succeed and be prepared for the next step. I really appreciate the input and involvement with the teachers and staff in wanting to help students with college. My least favorite part of the school is the fact that we are on a trimester based schedule. Many of the academically inclined classes would benefit better if the school was on semesters instead of trimesters.

Most of the teachers really care about the students and that is amazing. All around an excellent educational experience and they helped me achieve my goals.

Sports are prioritized over education at this school. If you aren't an athletic kid, you are treated as a nobody.

I wish I had more options for my children’s school because this education system in our country has went so downhill, please NO ONE move here for the fact of how bad our education system is. Sports are priorities over repairs of HVAC systems or teacher raises....closing down many rural schools becau...

I pulled my child out of this school after only one week of this school. She was yelled at on her first day by an adult who was not even staff for her clothes that were more than appropriate. Who yells at a child on her first day in front of other students and embarrasses her? Also, students were ge...
