We joined NDE mid year last year, leaving the public school system, looking for community, structure, and academic excellence. Our 3 kids are THRIVING academically and socially and we have found a community of administrators, faculty, and parents who care about their children's education and wellbeing.

We have 3 kids at Notre Dame Elementary and have been happy with the faculty, curriculum, facility, and other families there. We feel that teachers know the kids' strength and weaknesses and are committed to support them. For a small Catholic school there's no lack of music & arts. Our kids enjoy Maker's Space and Art in Action while STEM remain the focus of the curriculum. We looked at a few other schools before choosing NDE, and NDE is the right choice for us.

I am a alumni of NDE, and I can say with absolute certainty the school is absolutely horrible. of my 3 years, there-about 4 teachers left leaving moments in time where there were no classes of Spanish, English, and science, even as long as months without instruction. From a student's perspective, I would never recommend this school. The school is also extremely sexist towards men as well as teachers pick and humiliate those who do not do well in the middle of class, as in 7th grade I was one of them. i saw this happen while I was in 8th grade, happening to students from my grade and lower. as a student, I would be wary of the school and would not recommend it.
