GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have been to a few other school districts, this one has the friendliest student body, most corporative and helpful faculty, and most interesting classes. It's a smaller school, roughly 100 students per grade level. Despite that, there is still diversity in interests and activities in the student body. There is also a relatively high number of students in advanced or college level classes.

The teaching staff was phenomenal; however the administrative side of things did not always handle situations the best. The school was often understaffed and teachers are run thin.

Bentworth administration and faculty are very backwards on all there policies. The no bullying policy protects the one doing the bullying not the one being bullied. And when the kid being bullied lets the faculty know what's going on nothing is done. Then when the kid being bullied turns and takes c...

The bentworth school district is wonderful! The staff treats you like family and all the students care about each other. The education you get is great and will get you far in life. I really love my school and I am very proud to be a bentworth bearcat!

Poor administration is what is making this school truly fail. It seems that ego is more important than students and what will be best for them. I truly am sad to see such wonderful students receive such inadequate education from this school district. Poor administration from the top down is killing...

I attended this school. The education is sufficient for those who have no academic ambition and would be satisfied attending one of the local community colleges after high school, but it is essentially useless if you wish to attend a top national university. It's really a horrible school if you want...
