I believe that all teachers want the best for their students, and they do all they can so that they can see them succeed. But a teacher can only do so much to help.

As a local I want to make it clear that there are much better schools for education. Teachers are often overloaded with students, testing results and graduation rates are awful. As a three plus year employee I think the behaviors of the students are terrible, work habits of a few teachers and some security personnel substandard and parental responsibility the worse.
