Well, it's your typical high-school; it has wonderful teachers and staff (besides a few bad eggs). It was a bit dirty, the janitors didn't really seem to do their job or at least care. The kids are... Kids and the teachers do their best to put up with them.

Berkeley Springs high school is not safe because there are a lot of fights. Some students at the high school are racist, homophobic, and transphobic. Some of the students do not like people that are different and they let other people know that. I was bullied in high school.

I wish we had a class like home economy. It is sad that we have so many classes for math, but not one that teaches us what to expect once we get out of highschool. Academic wise, it needs to improve. There is so many rude teachers that don't want to be there and takes out their problems on the students. They also expect us to just know how to do the work, and not actually explain. My guidance counselor never answers her email or is in her office. The one thing I love about this school, is the friendships I have built with others.
