Overall, my experience with Berlin High School over the past couple of years has been great. The best moments are when students walk through the hallways with a smile on their faces. Honestly, I haven't had a bad part of my experience at Berlin High School. In the future, I would like to see more student-run clubs and extracurriculars.

I felt that at Berlin High School I had a fair experience when it came to teachers being fair, academics, being able to ask for extra help in classes, and extracurricular activities. The school promoted being involved in clubs and sports which I thought was important. One thing I felt the school lacked was diversity. I believe more than 95% of the school was Caucasian which made things feel awkward if someone of a different race/ethnicity was involved in a class or sport.

This school experience has gave me the meaning of diversity. From coming from a all African-American school system to being in a all white system I have learned the meaning of accepting all people regardless of how they look or rumors that have been said. In this school I have experienced prejudice tendencies but I've learned that I cannot let people's opinions take over who I am as a individual. This school taught me to love people for their heart and not their appearance.
