My 3 years at bettendorf highschool, it's been a wild ride. I met all my best friends their and I won't ask for anything better than the experience I had.

Bettendorf High School is a very decent school. They provide you with resources if you go looking for them and the teachers always express how they want to help you succeed. The best part about my experience was meeting a lot of people and becoming unlikely friends with many of them. The worst part would have to be the amount of disruptive students that would be openly rude to their teachers. What I would like to see change is students attitude towards their teachers and their studies.

From my personal experience being a high-school student in this school was mediocre and uneventful. There are amazing teachers and opportunities within the school, but they do lack the togetherness and community feeling they pride themselves on.

I loved being at Bettendorf Middle and Bettendorf High. My son really enjoys it. Are there kids that misbehave? Sure. Does that occur everywhere? Definitely. The staff is awesome and my student is excelling. Great schools!

The Bettendorf school district overall has been a complete let down. I have two who’ve attended both the middle school and high school. The middle school made National headlines when dozens of staff quit at the end of the school year in 2021/22. The schools are a haven for favoritism and bullying. S...
