GreatSchools Rating

Source: GreatSchools
GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

While attending Bevier for all of my high school or academic career it has been some good but mostly bad. For most of my years spent there, I have been overlooked and treated as an outcast. I was bullied and looked down upon by teachers and students, though even with that have prevailed and as time went on I have slowly been recognized for my hard work and achievements. I was even offered a place in the National Honor Society, But if I had to say my best experience at Bevier High School is the school spirit. Whenever there is a basketball game, A pep rally, or just an event to raise money for the school. I have noticed that many alumni who attended Bevier, the teachers, and even people from the community show up for our teams. the wildcat spirit runs deep in the history of my school and continues to do so year after year. so if I had to say the best part of going to Bevier High School is the one thing that connects us all to that place, The wildcat within all of us.
