Having a high school experience in my opinion is a crucial part of growing up and flourishing into an adult. As for me and my experience I would say it was overall a good one. I enjoyed many fun things such as good teacher interactions, fun activities provided to us by staff, and the amazing experience of school sports. My worst part however would have to be taking the ACT, its horribly boring and I don't test well so overall for me it was a bad experience. Things I would like to see change in my High School would just have to be the diversity, it would be nice to see more people of color and other ethnicity join our community.

I've had a good experience at BHS. Things that I would change would be trying to focus more on others futures and trying to help more. they have this year i'm sure that it'll get better through as well. Another thing that I would like to see changed is "phones" and be more strict, some kids don't care and still get on their phones without caring what the teachers have to say. Also as being more strict some of these kids are very disrespectful and out of line at times, I personally feel like becoming more strict could help these kids or telling them what they're doing wrong instead of just giving them a slap on the wrist. That's all i've have to say.

I am currently a senior at Bigelow High School and I would like to see a change in diversity. The majority of the students and faculty are white and it would be nice to see some more people of color and different ethnicity. Unfortunately, the majority of the students are also homophobic/transphobic which has created a hostile environment for LGBTQ+ students to survive. There also is not much diversity in religion and culture either.

If I could put no stars I would! If you're moving from out of town and considering moving to the area I would not put your kids in bigelow school district. I have lived all over the United States (not only being a military dependant but also serving as well) and traveled for work outside of the mili...
