BNS is a great school, the things that theyre teaching are interesting and theyre being taught well, but there are issues within the community. Blacksburg New School (BNS) is an excellent fit for our kids. They particularly enjoy the project based learning, abundant outdoor time, and individual attention from teachers. As parents, we enjoy getting to know the teachers, students and families in this cooperative setting
