The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Les Bois Junior High is a great school for middle school students seeking a good quality education. Teachers are very friendly and care about their student's well-being. Academics are on-par with other junior high schools in the city. The music program is slightly competitive. The food is average. The surrounding community is very safe.

Makes me wanna die everyday I come here. The teachers are pretty terrible and the food is fake. People at this school are stupid and they bully everyone cuz they can. You can here the F word almost every other phrase and the hoes just roam the halls. If the school had a movie rating it would be NC-17. Trust me, I know from experience, this schools sucks. Also, what kind of club is Diamond Miners?

My kids had a great experience when they went to Les Bois. The teachers are always available to discuss any issues going on and they have all been wonderful to work with.

It's pretty ok. We usually only have 1 or 2 bad things happen each year. Last year it was a suicide attempt and some fights, this year a kid lit toilet paper on fire. To my studential knowledge, there aren't many drugs, and there are frequent locker checks to prevent them.

The kids get placed in appropriate level classes and if they get placed incorrectly, it's a small enough school and teacher student ratio, that the students get shifted accordingly. We chose our home based on the school. The sports and extracurricular activities are many and varied and here is alway...

Les Bois Jr. High is an amazing school to go to,because they teach you what that they expect you to do, and they get you ready for high school. The teacher, staff, and the students are friendly and there is not a lot of bulling in the school. I would recommend going to Les Bois Jr. High. -Submitted...
