To be honest the school is not that bad just a couple teachers aren't the nicest and they give you a TON of work and expect to keep up. So 6th grade in homework was no too bad it would be maybe like once a week but when you get to 7th and 8th they give you SOO much work and then when you don't turn it in less than a day the teacher rush to put it in the grade book but whenever you do end up turning it in they wait until the end of the quarter to turn it in. Not putting any names but there is this one math teacher in 7th grade that is not nice, Gives a TON of work and then whenever you don't turn it in the teacher gives you a bark form or EMAILS HOME and if your parents don't respond to her she finds anyway to get to talk to them or let them know!!! SUPER ANNOYING!!!! but other than that all the teacher are really not that bad.

Marsteller was okay. The kids were very stuck up and rude but the staff members really did encourage the no bullying rule. The no phones anywhere including lunch sucked pretty bad now that I go to a New Tech school and I realized what I was missing. Some teachers just didn't care and only wanted a paycheck, but I had some that actually cared. Compared the the middle school options where I am now, this school is good.

Being from a Hispanic background, it's the least to say that the school was diverse of many ethnics.

A lot of these recent reviews don’t surprise me. I went to Marsteller back in 2005. Even back then the school was not that great of a place. There was a lot of bullying and drama. It was the poor urban kids vs the rich suburban and farm kids. Discipline issues were not handled the best then. I can’t...

The culture at this school is negative. It is not a warm and caring environment. Teachers can simply smile to make a difference. The teachers don’t teach, they play you tube videos of others teaching. There is not quality instruction, which explains the lack of supplies needed. Family engagement is...

This school is not ok for students. This school has so many racist slurs that my son hears in the hallways and he is my innocent baby and i do not want my baby boy hearing all this nonsense language. The teachers are nice but some teachers are just not ok. Thats all but Marsteller is not ok. DONT SI...

This review is long because I have a lot to say. Marsteller has a negative environment overall. There are some great teachers, but also some terrible teachers. One that comes to mind was toxic, entitled, and manipulative. This teacher would mention religion not in a historical context at some points...
