GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have been a student in BBHHS for 4 years, but I have been a round it for much longer. Both of my parents are actually teachers at the school, so I have a bit of a unique experience with my education at the school, but I truly believe that Brecksville is one of the best public schools in the nation. In fact, they got a Blue Ribbon this year.

I think overall Brecksville is a pretty good school academically speaking. The school offers many courses outside of the core classes that may help benefit us in the future. In my opinion the school atmosphere could be better with inclusivity considering the high amounts of "popular groups/people". I have had a good time and have many friends in the school but I know many who disagree mainly those who came in new not knowing many people or those who have a harder time making friends. I think a main problem with the school is most students here judge others and those that get judged badly are almost out casted. There isnt a wide diversity and most students are upper middle class to wealthy making it harder for those who are lower class to fit in with the rest of the student body. Most kids are basic and if you aren't its harder to make friends because the "popular" students think its weird and they dont want to be friends with people like that.

pretty good school overall. Most teachers are nice. Not very diverse with the school population. A lot of bullying if you aren't one of the "cool" kids.

I want to share my experience at my school, which has been really positive. The teaching here is excellent; most of my teachers make learning fun and engaging. They use creative methods that make it easier to understand and enjoy the subjects. Even though I had one teacher who wasn’t as effective, i...

I have 3 kids that went through this school district from K-12. Love this school district. Quality schools that my kids also loved. They were all very well prepared college.

I've have 3 children in the school system including one with autism (who's in regular ed. classes).I went to private schools for 12 years and I feel the education and experience my children have received from Brecksville-Broadview Hts Schools has surpassed what I received during my school years.

They only care about producing mindless, militant, test taking robots. They just want to get those high test scores so they can sing their own praises.
