GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have had a wonderful experience at Broken Arrow High School. The visual arts program could use more funding, but the art teachers and leadership are fantastic, providing great resources and materials. My teachers inform me about opportunities to showcase my art beyond the school, such as participating in art festivals and competitions in the city.

Me:I graduated in 2019, and I'm currently at an out-of-state university. My BAHS experience may differ from others. I took 9 AP classes and was on the soccer team during my time there. Teachers:I'd say most of my teachers were caring and effective. I learned from most of them. However, I have to say...

Another reviewer spoke of "two Broken Arrows: the one for students who are predisposed to do well, and the one for kids who don't". I totally agree with this. The breadth and depth of programs and classes of all types is unsurpassed, and most high schools won't even come close. There's a wide array...
