J.H.S 131 is a great school for students who are willing to learn and achieve academic excellence. Students are rewarded and acknowledged for their accomplishments every marking period which motivates them to succeed.

I don't know what that teacher is talking about. They must be disgruntled to say the least. Ms. Mason is very supportive to her staff especially her teachers. IS 131 is a terrible school at best. The students have no respect for teachers or administration, there are multiple fights every day, and children are constantly wandering the halls cutting class. Bullying is a very prevalent thing at this school despite all of the anti-bullying posters hanging aro...

This school I heard, has had fights everyday and uncontrollable students. I'm in 5th grade, I just graduated from ps182 and I am horrified of going to this school (Yes im going) My name is Kyla.S and I do not recommend this school... At least its what I say right now.
