Generally, MBHS has been a great experience. Most of the teachers are helpful and supportive of their students. However, I find the administration team to be a bit lackluster because although they are always willing to listen to students, they rarely had the whole school interact with the admins in a group and participate and have fun together. There isn't much of a budget for most things in our school so I questioned where all of our budget went.

Awesome teachers and classes. Really make you feel welcomed and supported. All the teachers would take the time to connect with each student individually, which I really appreciated given that I now go to a larger university.

My favorite thing about MBHS is the teachers. Every single one I have had in my three years of being at the school has genuinely cared about me and every student in their class. I have had teachers extend deadlines due to mental health issues, ask me what is wrong when I am struggling, and help me outside of class to improve my grades (go to office hours!). Highly, highly, recommend. The only things that I don't like about the school are 1. the school has one floor of a building with many schools in it, meaning the school itself is very small and our access to facilities are minimal, 2. there is absolutely no school spirit or attendance at sports games.

There’s a strong sense of racial discrimination that goes unnoticed or ignored, and it feels like no one in charge truly cares enough to change it.Every day s...

My daughter is a freshman and loves this school. Challenging academics, small class sizes, caring educators, friendly students and involved parents in a warm environment. We couldn't be more happy.

Millennium Brooklyn High School is an outstanding high school where students with autistic spectrum disorders are integrated into classroom settings and learn alongside their peers. The school effectively uses an inclusion model in a large number of their classrooms. Teachers are enthusiastic and mo...
