We are in PK and could not ask for a better experience. We love our PK teacher. They just got accepted as an IB school and are applying a new curriculum that incorporates dance, art, Spanish and lesson plans around self and community. The PTA is very involved and making great strides.

Wonderful, friendly, community-oriented community! Newly formed IB program offers academic challenges and excitement to all kids! My son did not like or do well in the a few of the private community preschools in the neighborhood but LOVES PS56! Principal Grande is a supportive and nurturing leader...

Our student is currently a 4th grader at PS 56, and has been happy and incredibly well supported academically and socio-emotionally by faculty, staff and community since Kindergarten.
