My experience at Xaverian was a learning experience. Xaverian being a predominately white school, and me being a black girl, it took me some time to adjust. Dealing with racially standing out is something that took time to adjust to as well. However, Xaverian was a great place for academics, with teachers who will help you and counselors who are by your side. Xaverian taught me that I am more capable than I know and it also showed me love and school spirit.

very unwelcoming school to kids who arent from bay ridge, dyker, or rockaway or arent accustomed to the school culture. instead of supporting and helping kids get used to the new environment, they treat you like an alien. teachers do this just as bad as students and often are worse than the students are. teachers dont care about students with mental health problems or disabilities and just make things worse for them often messing with them. you are rewarded at this school for being a bully and messing with kids who are just trying to do their work quietly. on top of that there are cockroaches everywhere, food and trash in the classrooms, and every class is too hot or cold and the kids are distracting and nobody does anything about it. i would strongly recommending not wasting your time and money here unless you fit the bill. but it shouldnt have to be that way. i had high hopes for this school but it killed my curiosity, excitement and openness. very disappointing

The best part of Xaverian is they gave me the freedom to learn experience and grow. Xaverian was a great place to find out about who I want to be . The hardest part was leaving

We got forced into tiny buses with massive amounts of kids and there were only two people allowed per seat but they somehow fit three

I chose this option because there was no option to zero this was the absolute worst school of all time. My feelings about this school are so confused, that to write them down with clarity would mean I had them all figured out. Which I do not. Your impossible nonsense would never even cross my mind as acceptable adult behavior. The absurdities that I have witnessed are disturbing
