GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

When I first applied at sage I was honestly very scared mostly because of what people would think about me , but as soon as I came in on the first day of school, It instantly felt like home, teachers were welcoming and willing were happy to get to know you. I really love that sage is a very diverse group of people because it makes me feel happy to see lots of races come together and be good people, what I also love is that sage always had a salad bar when it comes to food aspect, because as a person trying to lose weight that helps me a lot , and they have a no candy policy which is honestly perfect for me because I love candy and not having to get them helps me stick to my goal. Lastly I love that sage is a project based school because it make me empathize more into my thinking when I am working on my project, having to do researches and brainstorming is awesome and that's why to me sage is a heaven made school built for me.

The school is really nice. The community feel is really strong since everyone knows everyone. The teachers are really worried about your education, and help you stay on track. We go on tons of field trips ( called expiditions) and we get to experience many new things. The work load is managable, and each trimester we get to do a project on anything you like.

This is a very good small Charter school of 90 kids total in grades 9-12. The administrators are the most amazing people along with the staff(for the most part). Josh, Diane, Marilyn, and Kim are the upper part of the staff and they couldn't be any better at what they do. Having the opportunity to do PSEO when your graduating class is 17 kids is a very nice thing to be able to do, unlike 200+ kids at a regular high school. It is right off of 85th Ave N in Brooklyn Park, which is easily accessible going off of 610 and Noble Parkway. It is definitely worth taking a tour!!

SAGE is a good learning environment for kids who don't like surrounding themselves with a lot of people. It's a small school, easy to communicate and make friends. The staff and teacher pushes you to try your best in every work you do. They pushes us to not give up and go after what we want. SAGE is...

I have worked here for four years and absolutely love it. We care about the kids and give them plenty of opportunities to grow. I recommend my school to any prospective families that are looking at local high schools.

My daughter struggled with bullies at the larger districts, at SAGE she was more comfortable with the small class sizes and was more accepted. She was behind in credit when she first started, they were able to help her caught back up with independent projects. After a couple years we saw her become...
