Good.The school lacks enrichment, no real music instruction (other than a short elective), no foreign language, no chess club, CAD, stock & money market lessons... all in all it's a good average school that meets all the requirements.

I chose to live in Buellton based on the two strong schools. It is a close community with vey involved parents. The majority of kids are kind and the academics strong. Jonata has received multiple awards recently for being a top notch middle school in all of Santa Barbara County.
