I definitely appreciate my time at Buffalo Academy for the Visual and Performing Arts. Through the ups and downs I had someone to turn to whether it was a friend, teacher, administrator etc. Being a theater major I participated in many of the musicals and plays. Between my major and who I worked with it created a family like atmosphere that can never be replaced.

I am a dance Major here and a lot of things could be better. For example bringing in more resources or having more workshops for us to learn and improve from.

I love my school and love the fact that its arts circulated. The only downside is that I was practically forced into my current major. I wanted to be a dance major so I went and tried out later on maybe a day later the school called and offered me a audition with media. I had no clue this was a major and I honestly kind of flunked my audition because I wasn't expecting this but I was expecting the dance audition so I prepared choreo for it and everything. I wasn't prepared. I put my all into the dance audition and some effort into the media and got accepted for media instead with no feedback from the dance teacher. But all in all I'm just excited that I can show my talents on stage like I wanted to through our yearly musical and play productions.

iI love this school ever since i got there I've felt so good about myself i am so much more confident and i feel so much more dedicated to my instrument and my art then i would have ever been at any other school.
