GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Mountain Heritage is either a good school or a horrible school depending on the amount of work a student puts in. A student with motivation can take APs, do internships, and take full advantage of the schoola resources. However, a student with less drive can get away with photo matching their way through entire classes and passing classes without much effort.

Mountain Heritage High School was a place I enjoyed going every single day if possible. It was a place to learn, a place to see friends, a home. I always felt like family to everyone. The teachers prepared me very well for college and had unlimited resources.

Over my four years at Mountain Heritage I have been able to experience what it is like to be in the real world where I am on my own. My teachers, guidance counselors, and administrators have all taught me valuable life lessons on how I will need to be when I am ready start my life in college.

This is an average high school. The teachers are great but everything else is mediocre. There are not a lot of class options and the focus doesn't seem to be on college readiness.

This is an amazing school, with a wonderful automotive program, and teachers that relate to students. Glad it's a part of our wonderful community.

Very personable and easy to communicate with. They work overtime and you can see they care. My son is very happy at the school and I'm exc...
