What I would like to see with Cadott High School is more parent involvement. Parents should be more engaged with their children and their activities and what they are learning. I believe our school is better than others in our district, but there is so many ways it can be even better. Our school is not diverse at all or very cultural as a whole, which can help show in the way we learn and how kids act. I also believe our school should step it up with bullying issues. Bullying is a huge issue in all schools, but I believe the way my school handles it is poor. I also believe that our math program should be stepped up, we should have teachers engage more in it and be happy to help and explain better to kids as it is a tough subject.

I enjoyed my time at Cadott High School. A part of the reason I enjoyed it so much is because I liked being in a small school and the smaller class sizes. Also, I appreciated that I knew everyone in my class and even the majority of the kids in other classes. Getting help 1 on 1 with teachers that actually knew you and cared about you was a key component to my success throughout high school. In athletics, the kids expect the best out of themselves and each other which is why Cadott athletics is either on top or is always significantly improving in order to get there. I have definitely benefited from my time at Cadott High School.

There is a small-town feel to it that I really enjoy. I have known most of my classmates since kindergarten, so I am very close to them.
