What I really love about Gem state is the schools like a big family. There's only like 80 kids at our school and we're not like afraid to be around each other. We are like one big community together. Also a private school and not only that it's an Adventist school, which we focus on spiritual beliefs. And focus on how we as students can get closer to God. I also love that there is sports at the school. It's really helped me as a person to find peace in it. The one thing I would like to change is the facility to update the facility and have it up to modern school look. But I really love this school because there's also a student association, which teaches us how to be a leader of our entire school and teaches us how to organize and plan fun events for students.

We just graduated a child from GSAA and are so grateful for the experience. While he missed out on all the wonderful final semester events because of the pandemic, he enjoyed his experience, there and gained a tremendous education from his bible teacher. If you are looking for a school where every student feels included and cared about, by teachers as well as students, this may be your answer.

When I applied to my school I had to approve my grades from elementary school through middle school. I also took all kinds of test that I was going to take. We basically have to take least 4 years of math class and English etc. It was not that difficult to get into this school since many school members recommend other students to attend. We also have a tutoring after school so the teachers can help students who need extra help. Before we attend school we all get to have a chance to visit this school. Then everyone meets each teacher and take tests. Whoever wins that test gets all the scholarship.
