Harvest Preparatory School is really nice, but there's not a lot of opportunities compared to public schools or even other private schools. Classes are an example. There's only 10 honors and AP classes and barely any elective to choose from. Bringing new classes in would make all the difference.

I like the people there a lot they are all supportive and helpful. The teachers truly care about the educational wellbeing of the students. Personally I would like to see more community involvement.

Harvest Preparatory School has a great atmosphere to it. One of the things I liked the most is that the students and faculty are like one big family. In addition, the staff truly cares about the students success. One thing I would like to see change is a higher variety of offered.

All of my friends, including me have taken our kids out of Harvest Preparatory School. It’s predominantly black, communication between parents and teachers is not good (they hide from you), and I was informed by a teacher about another child’s specific struggles in school. In comparison to local public schools, this is the exact environment and experience that my child needed to succeed. The individualized attention in the classroom has helped my child grow in confidence with academics. The school is not perfect, but they definitely do tremendous work.

Zero, my child will be relocating to home schooling, hopefully we can catch up to his grade level! Shame on this school, needs to be closed!
