GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The staff at Carey are amazing at pushing my children to excel and caring about them in more ways then just their academics. The teachers are all highly qualified to teach their subjects and they use many different ways to teach. I have an older child in college who has told me that she is very grateful for her education foundation from Carey that has helped her so much in her college classes. I feel the teachers truly are interested in their students and are very fair in their grading and overall discipline.

For a school this small I think Carey has amazing extracurricular opportunities for the students. There is pep band, computer club, drama club, spanish club, reading club, and many sports for the students to do after school.

The Drama Club is one of my favorite clubs/extracurricular activities to be a part of. It so much fun! I and a whole bunch of other students have fun and we enjoy being a part of an amazing club. Our school offers 2 plays every single year.
