It was meh. I didn't really participate in school activities and was never involved with the school so I didn't experience the highschool life. For me it was really hard to meet people

La Costa Canyon High School was a defining experience. I had come to the school in my sophomore year during the COVID lockdown and made memories, friends, and left a legacy in theatre arts I will remember fondly.

La Costa Canyon Highschool is a friendly and accepting environment for all. They care about student's mental health and physical health greatly; they have a wellness center if students need someone to talk to. Most if not all teachers are very understanding and lenient when it comes to assignments. Administration is caring and helpful. There are plenty of sports for students to choose from as well as clubs. There will always be a place where students will feel they belong. They also offer many IB and AP courses to get students ready for college. The only downside would be the fertilizer the school uses which makes it smell. If the school could fertilize during breaks instead of during school session it would be a more enjoyable experience. Other than that the campus is beautiful and if you like walking it's a good school for you.

Terrible school. Unless you are a jock or a “normal person” you won’t fit in here. Seek elsewhere

If you can afford a private tutor and attorney great option. Program for one type of student - entitled college driven. Otherwise an outcast, drugs in bathrooms and parking lots but staff and coaches don’t look the other way unless you are part of the elite. Covid days were a joke- teachers saying “...
