GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Everyone was very involved and willing to help one another. Bullying was not tolerated from the faculty of the students.

I love our teachers. They get into discussions and care about our life out of school. They know what they're doing and do their best to help out their students.

As a small school we aren't offered many athletic choices but the ones we do offer are well participated in. There is a lot of support in our community for our basketball team and many students participate.

I am a student and my experience at Carney was absolutely awful, literally the only thing the school cares about is basketball. They will give your kids free A's just to make their grades look better. The teaching staff doesn't care and we were in the bottom 3% of all schools in Michigan not so long...

We are an army family. So we have moved around a lot, and my kids have been to several different schools. Carney is the best school we have ever had.
