As a parent of a high schooler and having spent a decade at another area private school, CDS is far superior in terms of providing a collaborative learning environment between hard-working students and engaging, professional faculty and staff. We've experienced a generally healthy and progressive social environment and academically rigorous expectations with lots of resources and individual support.

I went to CDS for 14 years and loved every minute of it. The teachers are amazing and truly care about each of their students. The college selection process starts Freshman year and CDS knows that every student takes a different path in life. The advisors and counselors were amazing.

In no possible way is this mediocre school worth the ridiculous tuition. The culture is toxic, and teachers are treated very badly by the arrogant and incompetent administration.

Complete waste of $.
