I came from Florida here to Cascade. It was my sophomore year, and I felt welcomed by all teachers, but no students. Overall the school was very nice. Sports and academics were taken very seriously, and it made every student/student athlete work 10x harder.

The school building is rather nice although not too large. The gym and music suite especially are very nice. The teachers are the best part of the school. Everybody cares about you, even the ones you don't necessarily like. While there are a few practices in the school I do not agree with, such as the "Cougar Time" group meetings every Wednesday, overall Cascade High School is a great place.

I like the tight knit community of Cascade High School. I think it is hard to attend a small school because there are limitations to your pool of friends and everything morphs into a popularity contest. It is harder to find your place at a small school, but there truly is a place for everyone at Cascade if they are willing to look hard enough. Academically, Cascade is mediocre. As are not rarity and there are very few opportunities for gifted students to be challenged.
