Coolidge is full of a caring and engaging teaching staff. It has an excellent music, art, and physical education programs. The Administrators genuinely love the kids and their jobs. The food program provides healthy and nutritious options for breakfast & lunch. I wish the budget allowed for a para-educator in each room as class sizes are a little big.

All aspects of this school are fantastic. Coolidge School is one of the best reasons to live in the Cedar Hills/Stoney Point neighborhood. Excellent school. Great teachers, principal and staff. The school has a lot of fun activities for the kids. My two favorite things about this school: 1) They have zero tolerance for bullying. There is no better school in Cedar Rapids. The parent and PTA involvement is tremendous and providing the most up to date resources is a priority. The staff cares and wants the best education for each child. The leadership calls each child by name and is visible at all times to students and parents....
