In the center of the Daniel Island community lies one of the top-ranked schools in Berkeley County. The Daniel Island School serves over 1,000 students from prekindergarten to eighth grade with a 16-to-1 student-teacher ratio.

Truly a great and caring school. Children are above level at the school and the teacher/parent communication is terrific. My 2 children just love it and the fac that they can ride their bikes to school everyday is amazing!

I'm currently in eighth grade at this school and it's a great school. The teachers motivate me to learn and I look forward to coming to Daniel Island School each day. Five stars, but bullying awareness could be better.
