My experience was fine. It was great my freshman year, but then the administration kept changing, implementing new, harsher rules that most students didn't agree with. The culture among the students depends on the grade, freshman year I felt really separated from most of my peers, but now I've connected with lots of people in my grade.

I have really enjoyed my time at Charlotte Catholic. Its really easy to get involved with the school because of its countless clubs. One huge part of the culture is sports. Playing a sport this has made my experience much better and there is definitely a competitive environment. Supporting the sports teams is huge and our games draw huge crowds. One thing I don't like is many cliques there is. Joining friend groups is difficult and a lot of people are welcoming.

Music taste is bland and beside football games all sporting events are quite dead. Great academics though and most of the teachers genuinely care about their students.

My son attended Charlotte Catholic and was part of the 2024 Graduating Class. He excelled at Catholic. He was so prepared for college that he had zero transition issues. The staff at CCHS did an amazing job developing him and setting him up for success. I could not be more grateful.

Academics are decent, teachers generally care and help students if asked. Counseling Department that places children in classes is a bit unyielding and condescending. Students are mean, both girls and boys. If you want your child to be healthy and reasonably whole, don't sent your kid to this school...
