The staff is severely incompetent and the principal has a highly inflated ego. If your child does not fit the socio-economic status of the neighborhood or has any special needs, I would strongly recommend finding a charter or private school. My daughter has been attending this school since the 3rd grade(now in the 5th) and she has enjoyed it immensely! The faculty and staff are attentive, the curriculum(while still based on CMS metrics) are presented in a challenging way, there are TONS of parental involvement and consistent activities...
