Between the administration, teachers & parents, the children at Jackson-Via are well looked after and developed. There are a lot of great extra-curricular activities available to students and a very diverse population. Our children have had a fantastic experience at this school and will be more well-rounded adults because of it. We would choose Jackson-Via over a private option any day of the week.

I went there from 1st to 4th (2013- 2017) and it was so amazing and all of the teachers were so friendly and kind. It was overall just a fantastic experience for me and all of my friends. I would tell everyone I know to out their kids at Jackson-via any day of the week. It truly is a great school.

My daughter attended Jackson Via from 2011 until 2015, when she finished. Dr. Daniels is an excellent principal and knows all the children by name. My son attended K-4 at Jackson Via, it was a great experience. The administration and staff were all wonderful and caring. Not sure why this school isn't rated higher but its one of Charlottesville best kept secrets.
