Cheltenham highschool is composed of dedicated staff and mostly of high achieving students. I felt where they fall short is there ability to show you options for after highschool. Being shamed for not going and given no alternatives. Other than that our sports team really aren't that great except for track.

Cheltenham High School is a love-and-hate relationship between the school and me. The best part of the "ham" ( which is Cheltenham) has to be the teachers there. I always wanted to go to Upenn or Temple for college. I shared my dream with my teachers. They all gave me amazing support to achieve it. They would stay with me during their lunch period to help me with anything that I was struggling with. I ended my junior year with a 3.63 GPA thanks to the help of this amazing staff. On the other side of the coin, the people at my school are definitely the worst part. Most of the people at my school do not share the same passion to make it to college as me. I used to get made fun of for doing the work that was assigned instead of smoking. A lot of people at my school are trying to act like they're from the hood even though I live in a suburban area. The worst part has to be the hostile air in my school. In the end, I love and hate my school at the same time.

I appreciated almost everything cheltenham high school did for me. The teachers wanted to see me succeed and the principal made an effort to get to know every student. The people were nice and I never felt left out or shunned. The Parts I didn't like were how bad the food was. Some days I would go without eating anything. That is my only complaint.

Cheltenham School District is NOT safe for students let alone teachers … they are slow to respond to students safety where there are violent fights going on between students practically every day … student disrespect teachers and each other … there is NO order or direction for anyone.

Phenomenal school. Majority of negative reviews are from individuals with implicit bias, and who are uncomfortable with diversity.
