Overall, Chesterton High School isn't too bad. It's a high school, so any issues that come from having roughly 2000 teenagers aged 14-18 in a single building are there, but CHS handles what they can well enough. Fights are occasional, but discipline is swift and just. Students in financial stress are supported, and the counselors do their best to help all students with whatever they need.

Chesterton has lots to offer from a variety of sports and clubs to the music department. Chesterton is a very successful school and the students are very good at what they do.

I would like to see the administration focus on more specific and big things rather than focusing on nit-picky things. I also wish that the school would work better with students.

Our school could be improved in many ways. The Athletes are favored by the teachers and have rules that don't seem to apply to them.
