We have had an awful experience at this school. Staff and teachers are unwelcoming and dismissive to parents and their concerns. My child who is in Kindergarten brings a folder home full of work sheets he did all day. He is not being challenged at all. All minority and foreign children are grouped in the same classroom with the least experienced teachers to the point where it is extremely obvious. Disgusted. Taking my son out for next year.

Somerset is a fantastic school and a real hidden gem in the Montgomery County school system. Ignore the absoutely insane Great Schools rating, I have no idea why they give Somerset a 1/10 for student progress. Every kid we know is learning and performing at a high level.As mentioned in other reviews...
