Located at 1420 W. Grace St., James G. Blaine Elementary School serves pre-kindergarten through eighth grade students as a Fine Arts Magnet Cluster school in Chicagoland. Dear parents, please stop opting your kids out of the IAR test. The low IAR participation rate is what is leading to such a low score for Blaine on this website.
