GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The High school is joined with the university to get an associate's degree when you graduate high school. It is a Chicago public school meaning the program is free. There are not many students that go here, students having to test into the school. The worst part students may find is the transportation to the school. It can be a big adjustment coming from maybe a neighborhood school.

It is a great program that will open the door to a much better education for its students. The staff is the best, the facilities are one of the best in the city and the way it is structured can't be beat.

This is a great school with many opportunities. Everyone there will always push you harder just to see you succeed. Many relationships created, great teachers, and a great school overall. This school is a dual-cred program where you take both college and high school classes at the same time. You can pick between a networking major or business major. By spring of 2021 I will be graduating with a high school diploma and a associates degree.

My son is finishing up his Junior year here, and I've been very impressed so far. Pros: Academics. His work, not just his grades, have improved. Social: a much better group of students here, motivated to learn, although it seems they have plenty of fun, too! Emotional: The kids are treated as young...

As a pilot program it is indicative of the standard CPS schools, but somehow it has been able to overcome the CPS beuracracy and engage it students. In the end, this is what ALL schools should be, advance training, a push towards excellence and fast becoming one of the top High Schools in Chicago.
