Falconer Elementary School in the Cragin neighborhood is a Chicago Public Schools district magnet school that focuses on technology.
Falconer Elementary School teaches roughly 800 prekindergarten through sixth grade students.
Students are provided with access to digital programs that encourage learning in all subject areas. The school has more than 20 classrooms that offer every student a device to help with learning, from Google Chromebooks to Apple iPads.
The school also focuses on social-emotional learning and has earned an Established Supportive School certification from Chicago Public Schools for its work on students' social and emotional learning.
Extracurricular activities include band, orchestra, dance, mixed media and percussion. Students can participate in book and homework clubs. Tutoring and after-school support are available.
Parents can get involved in advisory groups, workshops and school events.
The school also hosts spirit and themed weeks, such as a career week, to encourage student engagement.

My kids went to this school after spending their first few years in private school. Needless to say, their grades plummeted, the teachers seemed nice but they have way too many students to be effective.
