Chisholm High School is filled with some of the finest teachers on the range. However, several of the teachers are leaving due to lower pay as compared to surrounding districts. This is the result of a weak union, a poor administration, and a school board that does not value the work of their educators.

The small classes allowed for much one on one time with instructors but the diversity in class options were very limited by comparison to nearby schools. In terms of opportunity, Chisholm Secondary School is lacking.
