GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Probably about 90% of the time, they have you sit on chromebooks ALL day because all your assignments are online, students who are failing a class for weeks don't really get extra support or help, instead are punished for it by receiving a Disciplinary Action Report. This school is honestly very boring and your reward for being done with work is to do more work, even if you have a high grade. I wouldn't want to come back here neither would I recommend someone else to.

I am a teacher and a parent at Gem Prep. I am grateful for both views. Gem Prep has given my children the stability that they greatly needed. There are many high quality teachers that have changed their lives. As a teacher I love being a part of the community that changes the lives of kids. I want to be able to make a difference in our future. Our Principals are encouraging and supportive to both staff and parents alike.
