About 700 students from prekindergarten through fourth grade attend Cicero West Elementary School, home of the Eagles.
The school was built in 1997 to serve the growing Cicero community. Cicero West is located near its sister school, Cicero East Elementary School, which was built in 1913.
Cicero West encourages students to become lifelong learners by fostering a welcoming school environment.
The school has specialized staff to give students the resources and support to help meet their academic and social-emotional needs. For example, Cicero West has several staff members that attend to its large population of Spanish-speaking students. These positions include bilingual interventionists and a bilingual speech pathologist. Evening classes are also available for parents learning English.
Beyond the core curriculum, the school offers learning opportunities in the STEAM fields, digital literacy, and art. Extracurricular activities include choir for third graders, the Larry Dominick Reading Club, and Girls on the Run.

Terrible. Teachers are not there to teach children they are just mice in a cheese factory and their only interest is the money that they receive from the state they merely care about the well being of the kids at that school.
