The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

This high school is under staffed and unorganized in my opinion my daughter who is 14 and my son who is 15 one a sophomore and one a junior both recently attended this high school and it was Total chaos the student to teacher ratio guidelines were just ignored completely all the students just basically were fending for themselves kids all over the halls or just leaving the school when they wanted they both fell behind and I was never even notified and this was very disturbing to me no one could explain why progress reports were not being sent home it was a terrible experience and my kids are now being home schooled and they are doing amazing all caught up I believe that they need someone in position to come in and just redesign everything from teachers to the curriculum the food the amount of students as well as their discipline policies and that's just a few of the main things that need to be addressed at Western hills high School in Cincinnati OH I find it really sad and unfair.

I've been at Western Hills High School since I started the 7th grade. The staff have done nothing but push me continuously to unlock my greatest potential. They encouraged me to be the best me. They helped me become the women I am today.

Western Hills University High School is very diverse in aspects of the different things it offers. It has sports, choir, band and many clubs that spark interest in majority of students. They are very caring for the students no matter what. This school has improved in so many ways in one year, and has become and interest to kids all around.
In my 4 years at Western Hills University High School (9-12), the experience was horrible. I've never experienced a school as bad as this. The students are wild, and the staff make no effort of trying to change them. I do not take pride in the fact that I attended and graduated from this school.
