Horrible, the mindset is good enough, if your child does the bare minimum and gets by with the lowest possible grade they are rewarded and not encouraged to work harder. Plus the amount of disregard for anything other than sports is not a good environment to raise a well rounded child.

I consider CMS purgatory. The elementary system in Claremont is great as well as the high school; however, CMS is a breeding ground for bullying, political favoritism in sports, racism and lack of response from teachers to the principal. Its an ok school but not well controlled.. it needs better lunches i am a student at cms and have well grades but this school isnt the best. it was the only school open during hurricane sandy which was ridiculous.

CMS is a great school. I heard a lot of horror stories about CMS from a few different people as my daughter headed into sixth grade.
