This school needs to be looked at and monitored closely. If this school ranks 4/10, it's because they have set very low standards for this school which is usually done where there's a high number of low income children. The school needs more funding and assistance to deal with the students that are having more behavioral issues. The students can be very unruly and there is not much the teachers can do about it.
