The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My high-school is very enthusiastic and supportive of all activities and clubs within the school. Teachers always try and help you out when you struggle or have been gone for something and need to catch up. They have really helped me focus on making my senior year about getting ready for my future. They are all about change and what they think they can improve upon and change about the school and its style. Some of the only problems are that they aren't very good at getting a read from the school and the community about what they think needs changed and just go off what the overall school board vote is. They are better at supporting male dominated sports than the female ones and the art programs such as band and drama. Still very old style school focused on classic values but seems to slowly be making a change as much as it can.

Most are extremely helpful and the lessons are talk so we can understand easily. Sometimes it can be hard to work around a teachers after school hours when you have sports and so many kids come in the morning for questions you can't always get yours addressed.

I perform very well in this school (straight A’s and NHS) thanks to the great teachers here. The people here are great and I believe anyone should come here if they want to learn the most.

It's been a good experience. The bullying could be more strongly enforced but what is seen is handled.
