GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The best experience of high school would be the sports and activities programs. I am involved in the Dance Team and Track. Each of these sports has taught me many things and will help me throughout my adult life. The coaches for these sports are so inclusive and only want the best for not only the team but for us as individuals. I have been pushed hard as a teammate and as a person because of these coaches and I couldn't thank them more. My worst experience would be the students and how teachers deal with them. They're are a lot of disruptive kids and bullying is apparent. I wish the teachers would address them and see to them having consequences. Kids want school to be a safe and learning environment. Recently it has not felt that way.

Overall I had a great time attending Clear Lake High School. Clear Lake is a very safe town and I never had to question that. There were a few teachers I thought did not do great at their job but that is my own opinion.
