I have been in the Clearview school district my whole life, including high school. My freshmen year I was bullied pretty harshly and saw others get bullied. It has definitely reflected on my self confidence and behavior. I didn't feel like the staff did much to help, some even saw the video of me being bullied and didn't do anything about it. But when it comes to academics I have never had a hard time learning. I have been a straight A student since I got there in all advanced classes and have never had any problems understanding materials and completing assignments. I can say most of my teachers were pretty good at teaching, with a few exceptions, and they do try to prepare students that want go to college. I personally take all of my classes at Lorain County Community College this year as a senior through the College Credit Plus program and am getting college credits for free. I don't have to pay for books or classes.

I found Clearview High School to be the best fit for my children. I was most proud when another local school closed and the students that were displaced and came to CHS open enrolled were not shunned...they were embrassed by the children that were already Clearview Students. The friendship bonds tha...
